Little expert advice:
Freeze your very ripe bananas and use them for your milkshakes and smoothies. You'll get an even smoother consistency...and since ripe bananas are naturally sweeter, you can skip the sugar in the recipe!

Milkshake | Banana - Vanilla

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients :

  • 4 bananas
  • 75 cl vegetable milk (almond, soy, rice, etc.)
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes

Preparation :

  1. Put the banana with the ice cubes in a blender and blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. Add the vanilla seeds (or vanilla sugar as a substitute), the powdered sugar and half of the vegetable milk.
  3. Mix again for 1 minute. Then add the remaining milk. As soon as you get a nice foam, it's ready to be enjoyed!
