It can be prepared the day before for the next day (we save time at breakfast time because there is no preparation to do!) and it will bring you a very nourishing breakfast which will ensure that you have no hunger pangs throughout. of the morning!

The ingredients of Matcha-Strawberry Porridge
- Strawberries - x 2
- Chia seeds - 1 tbsp
- Oat flakes - 35 g
- Matcha powder - 1 tbsp
- vegetable milk (almond, soy, oat, etc.) - 150 ml
