Ingredients

  • Flour - 175 g
  • Cornstarch - 10 g
  • Baking powder - 1 sachet
  • Almond milk - 25 cL
  • Neutral oil - 1 tbsp
  • Maple syrup - 1.5 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 pinch

Step 1

  • Start by sifting the flour and cornstarch
  • Mix the flour , cornstarch , maple syrup , yeast and salt
  • Form a well and pour in the oil and vegetable milk
  • Mix until you obtain a smooth dough without lumps

2nd step

  • Grease a pan and wait until it is hot
  • Pour in a ladle of preparation and turn the pancake halfway through cooking

Our advices

To add a dose of pleasure and protein: spread peanut butter on your pancakes then add some red fruits!
