Ingredients
- Flour - 175 g
- Cornstarch - 10 g
- Baking powder - 1 sachet
- Almond milk - 25 cL
- Neutral oil - 1 tbsp
- Maple syrup - 1.5 tbsp
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step 1
- Start by sifting the flour and cornstarch
- Mix the flour , cornstarch , maple syrup , yeast and salt
- Form a well and pour in the oil and vegetable milk
- Mix until you obtain a smooth dough without lumps
2nd step
- Grease a pan and wait until it is hot
- Pour in a ladle of preparation and turn the pancake halfway through cooking
