Beetroot juice

Glutinous rice flour - 15 g
Garlic cloves - 2 units
Cumin – 1 tbsp

Espelette pepper - 1 tsp
Fresh coriander - 1 bunch
Salt
Breadcrumbs
Oil

Step 1

Cook the rice

Cook the chickpeas in water over low heat

Brown the chopped onion in a pan to brown it

Add the cooked and finely diced beets with the juice, Espelette pepper and cumin.

Gradually add the sweet soy sauce
