PEANUTS: DISCOVER ITS HEALTH SECRETS!
Where is she from ?
Peanuts come from peanut seeds which grow into small plants measuring 45 centimeters with oval-shaped leaves.
Peanuts are grown in the warm climates of Asia, Africa, Australia, and North and South America. India and China together account for more than half of global production.
Those that we use in our delicious recipes come from Africa and more particularly from Egypt. We use roasted peanuts to reveal even more delicious flavors!
Please note : Consumption of peanuts by children from a very young age (between 4 and 11 years old) reduces the risk of triggering a peanut allergy by 81%. This is due to the fact that their immune system is virgin at birth so it can be educated through food.

They are involved in the prevention of cancers, cardiovascular diseases, viral infections and degenerative nervous diseases such as Alzheimer's disease. But that's not all ! Their anti-oxidant and anti-mutagenic role is also very beneficial for our body!
