Peanuts are grown in the warm climates of Asia, Africa, Australia, and North and South America. India and China together account for more than half of global production.

Those that we use in our delicious recipes come from Africa and more particularly from Egypt. We use roasted peanuts to reveal even more delicious flavors!

Please note : Consumption of peanuts by children from a very young age (between 4 and 11 years old) reduces the risk of triggering a peanut allergy by 81%. This is due to the fact that their immune system is virgin at birth so it can be educated through food.

What are its strengths?

Peanuts, like cashews, are oilseeds, so they have very similar benefits!

Its richness in proteins allows for good protein renewal and helps maintain the body's functions! This is even more interesting during physical effort to build muscle mass.

Its unsaturated fatty acids, good for health, effectively fight against cardiovascular diseases and against free radicals responsible for cellular aging.

Protects our body

Peanuts contain nutrients that are very beneficial for our health! Among these nutrients we find antioxidants, phenolic compounds and phytochemicals.

They are involved in the prevention of cancers, cardiovascular diseases, viral infections and degenerative nervous diseases such as Alzheimer's disease. But that's not all ! Their anti-oxidant and anti-mutagenic role is also very beneficial for our body!

Source of fiber

Peanuts are a food source of fiber with 8.6%. This allows it to prevent the risks of colon cancer, cardiovascular diseases and to control type II diabetes by slowing down the assimilation of sugars in the blood.
