Chocolate ! It's the first thing that comes to mind for a gourmet break...there's nothing better!

Except perhaps the marriage of chocolate with good fruit! Forget the famous spread full of palm oil and added sugars and treat yourself to a healthy and...so delicious breakfast! Young and old will love this simple and quick breakfast to prepare.

You may already know the hot version of porridge... these cereals boiled with milk and which are good for warming the body and the heart in the middle of winter. We offer you a cold version, full of fiber, which can be prepared the day before for the next day allowing you to enjoy a good breakfast without the cooking work!

With this vegetable Overnight Porridge, you're sure to last the morning...and with a chocolate-banana recipe, you'll feel like you're at dessert :)

Overnight Porridge | Choco - Banana

Preparation time: 5 minutes (barely)
Servings: 1

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp almond puree
  • 35g oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 140 ml vegetable milk (almond, soy, oats, etc.)

Toppings (optional):

  • 1/2 crushed banana
  • Energy-Ball Nüttree “ Power-Full
  • Vegetable yogurt
  • Maple syrup
  • Chocolate chips
  • Flaked almonds

Preparation :

  1. In a jam pot or jar, mash the banana with the almond puree. Add half of the vegetable milk and mix.
  2. In a side bowl, combine the oats, cocoa powder and cinnamon. Add to jar and mix.
  3. Add the rest of the milk and mix everything well.
  4. Close the jar and put in the fridge overnight.
  5. The next day, add the desired toppings then enjoy directly from the jar!
