These are foods that bring super benefits to our body! Some are rich in vitamins, others in antioxidants or even omega-3 and this has a positive impact on our health.

The number of known superfoods is not defined or regulated and there are quite a few of them!
FLAX AND CHIA SEEDS
Some seeds are well known to be superfoods and among them we use flax seed and chia seed in our recipes. These two seeds are very interesting thanks to their high omega-3 content, with 16.7g per 100g of chia seeds and 17.8g per 100g of flax seeds.
Omega-3 are fatty acids that have a protective effect against cardiovascular diseases, so you should favor foods that contain them for a healthy diet.

And finally! Goji berries have several health benefits. First, just like Matcha tea, they have a high antioxidant content. They are also rich in vitamin C and vitamin A, which are essential for the proper functioning of the immune system and for providing energy to the body through the metabolization of the food consumed.
